We strongly advise you to read our Terms & Conditions. By booking cleaning with us you agree with our Terms& Conditions. We keep the right to change our terms from time to time. In the cases of changing our terms we will inform you by email (apply only for our regular clients).


1. SERVICE COST.

  •  The Client, who books regular cleaning and/or ironing service, agrees to pay London Deluxe LTD hourly rate according to the price list given on the company web site unless otherwise advised in writing. There are no additional fees or charges on top of the hourly rate. There are minimum of 2 hours requested per booking for weekly cleanings and minimum of 3 hours requested per booking for fortnightly cleanings. The Client is to ensure all required cleaning materials and equipment are provided to the Cleaner on each visit.
  •  The Client, who books one off/spring clean/ move out/move in cleanings is charged according to the price list given on London Deluxe LTD web site unless otherwise advised in writing. There is a minimum of 4 hours per cleaning visit.
  •  The Client who books carpet or upholstery cleaning service should refer to the prices given on London Deluxe LTD web site or should email/ call the Agency for more information and quotation. We reserve the right to amend any quotations made without visiting the property if the actual requirements are different from those quoted for, or if the size or conditions are different for the specification quoted for.

  1. 2. PAYMENT.
    • London Deluxe LTD will email/post a monthly invoice at the end of each month. The Client agrees to remit payment via online bank transfer, cheque or cash - strictly no later than the advised date on the invoice. Late payment fee/interest or charges may apply. London Deluxe LTD reserves the right to suspend the cleaning service if payment is not made within the date indicated on the invoice.
    •  If payment is not made after 30 days of invoice then the account will be passed to our collections agency, after which a charge of 15% on top of the initial invoice due, will be added to the debt. You agree as part of this contract to pay this sum which represents our reasonable costs in collecting the unpaid amounts.

  1. 3. CANCELLATIONS.
    For all regular cleanings Client may cancel a cleaning visit by giving at least 24 hours advanced notice. When the Client wants to terminate the whole service he/she can do this by giving 30 days prior notice in writing and specifying the last cleaning date. Client agrees to pay the full price of the cleaning visit if the Client cancels or changes the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Client agrees to pay the full price of the cleaning visit in the event of a lockout caused by our cleaners being turned away; no one home to let them in; or problem with client's keys. If keys are provided they must open the lock without any special efforts or skills. Client has the right to terminate the service without giving one week advanced notice but by giving 24 hours advanced notice before or immediately after the first cleaning visit only. The Client agrees that after the termination of the cleaning service with Mariya Cleaning Ltd he/she will not hire or use any domestic services provided by a present or past cleaner introduced to the Client by the company. If the Client wishes to hire or use domestic services provided by such a cleaner then he/she must pay a referral fee of £ 500.
    For all one off-cleanings the client may cancel the scheduled cleaning job at least 24 hours prior to the agreed start time. Client agrees to pay £ 20 cancellation fee per cleaner if the client cancels or changes the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Client agrees to pay £20 cancellation fee per cleaner in the event of a lock-out caused by our cleaners being turned away; no one home to let them in; or problem with client's keys. If keys are provided they must open the lock without any special efforts or skills.
    For all end of tenancy cleanings the client may cancel the job at least 24 hours prior to the starting time that was agreed. Client agrees to pay 30% of the quote as a cancellation fee if he cancels or changes the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Client agrees to pay 30% of the quote as a cancellation fee in the event of a lock-out caused by our cleaners being turned away; no one home to let them in; no water or power available at client's premises; or problem with client's keys. If keys are provided they must open the lock without any special efforts or skills.
    For all Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning the Client may cancel the job at least 24 hours prior to the starting time that was agreed. Client agrees to pay 30% of the quote as a cancellation fee if the Client cancels or changes the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Client agrees to pay 30% of the quote as a cancellation fee in the event of a lock-out caused by our cleaners being turned away; no one home to let them in; no water or power available at client's premises; or problem with client's keys. If keys are provided they must open the lock without any special efforts or skills.
  2. 4. INSURANCE.
    London Deluxe LTD  has a Public liability insurance for 1 million and Employer's liability insurance for 10 million. The policy will cover any accidental damages caused by an operator working on behalf of London Deluxe LTD You have to report the damage within 24 hours of the causing. There is £ 250 excess on any claim.
    London Deluxe LTD reserves the rights to refuse to share any of the documents of the company.
  3. 5. COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS.
    Once the cleaning is carried out the Client is aware that a refund could not be made.
    In the event of Client being dissatisfied with the service he have received from London Deluxe LTD, he should contact us within 24 hours. London Deluxe LTD will endeavour to ensure that any concerns and complaints are resolved quickly and amicably. London Deluxe LTD will arrange re-cleaning. The Client must be on the site when the cleaner is returned and to ensure that the work is done according his satisfaction. The client can return the cleaner only once.
  4. 6. LIABILITY.
    London Deluxe LTD shall not be liable for any third parties or their actions who enter or are present at the Client’s premises during the cleaning visit. The cleaners cannot be relied on to grant access to the property to any third parties.
    London Deluxe LTD requires all fragile or easily damaged items to be previously secured or put aside. Items excluded from liability are: cash, jewellery, items of sentimental value, art and antiques.
    London Deluxe LTD is not responsible for any existing damage to Clients property in the form of old stains/burns/spillages etc. which cannot be cleaned/removed completely by the cleaning operative using the industry standard cleaning methods.
    The Company shall not be liable for the shrinkage of carpets as a result of poor fitting.
    The Company is not liable for any wear or discolouration of fabric that becomes more notable once dirt is removed.
    London Deluxe LTD is not liable if the cleaning job is not complete due to the lack of suitable cleaning detergents and/or equipment in full working order, hot water or power.
    We are not liable for any damages caused by faulty products/equipment provided by the customer.
    We are not liable for any damages caused by faulty or broken items which lead to other damages.
    The Company shall not guarantee After Builders Cleaning service when building work has not finished and there still are people present on site.
    Arrival times and cleaning times are an estimate. The company will not be liable, under any circumstances, for missed/cancelled appointment costs or any other costs owing to delayed arrival or completion times.
  5. 7. SERVICES:
    • REGULAR DOMESTIC CLEANING AND OFFICE CLEANING.
      The Client agrees to pay the invoices on time and not later than the date pointed on the invoice.
      Our cleaners are strictly instructed not to use any of your personal equipment while in your home. You agree to permit staff members to use your telephone only to call our office or the management.
      London Deluxe LTD  reserves the right to suspend cleaning services if the payments are missing.
      Minimum duration of 2 hours weekly or 3 hours fortnightly cleaning visit applies for all domestic cleaning services.
      Client agree to provide all necessary cleaning detergents and equipment for the required work, unless other arrangements have been made with Mariya Cleaning Ltd. All cleaning equipment should be safe and in full working order.
      If the Client does not have cleaning detergents and asks London Deluxe LTD to purchase requested items on their behalf, the Client understands that an applicable charge will be added to the invoice.
      London Deluxe LTD will not be responsible for triggering any alarm systems. The Client should give any special instructions for deactivation/activation of any household alarm systems.
      If the Client wants to terminate the contract he must inform London Deluxe LTD minimum 30 days prior the date that he want the cleaning services to stop.
      Neither London Deluxe LTD nor its insurers will be liable for any claim less than £ 250 in value, nor for the first £ 250 of any claim.
      It is your responsibility to have insurance cover against liabilities to London Deluxe LTD for claims less than £ 250.
      The Client agrees that after the termination of the cleaning service with London Deluxe LTD he/she will not hire or use any domestic services provided by a present or past cleaner introduced to the Client by the company. If the Client wishes to hire or use domestic services provided by such a cleaner then he/she must pay a referral fee of £ 500.
    • END OF TENANCY CLEANING.
      London Deluxe LTD reserves the right to change the initial quotation if the Client’s original requirements change.
      Minimum duration of 4 hours per cleaning visit applies.
      If you choose to pay not the fixed price given on our web site but on hourly rate you have to tell that before the cleaning. In that case we will come to see the property and we will give you a quote based on the estimate hours that the cleaning will take. This is a rough estimate and the price after the cleaning can be different with plus or with minus 2 hours.
      The Client is aware that the property for end of tenancy cleaning should be empty and that all personal belongings, food, duvet covers, pillows, bed sheets and hangers will be disposed. We can keep some of the above only if it is advised from the Client before the cleaning
    • CARPET CLEANING
      London Deluxe LTD will not be responsible for failing to remove old permanent stains that cannot be removed using normal carpet cleaning methods. Existing damage will be reported prior to commencing work.
      The Client agree that the quotation made by the phone may be changed if the Client’s original requirements change in the process of cleaning or if the number of the rooms or the size of the areas are different from the ones given from the Client by the phone.
      The Client understands that additional Parking and Congestion charge may apply.
      The Client agrees that he/she will pay the minimum charge for the visit if the cleaning required is with value above the minimum charge.
      If the Client has a hairy pet like dog or cat we will put 20% additional charge to the price if the carpet is not hovered and the hair removed before the Carpet cleaning.
