When we take over the cleanings, we will book and arrange the cleanings and schedule the bed linen deliveries  and report for any changes to the property and your job is to grow your business and relax!

Domestic Cleaning

We provide professional domestic cleaning and ironing in your home on a daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. We can do that on a day or time that suits your needs. Our stuff is specially trained to do all aspects of the domestic cleaning. We have full liability insurance and we charge VAT! You provide the materials and equipment. On your request we can provide the materials and add the cost to your bill.


Please note this is a bespoke service that will be moulded to your needs. Indicative prices a sample service is listed below.

EXAMPLE SERVICES:

  •  Cleaning the bathroom, removing lime scale, cleaning and sanitising the toilet, cleaning the sink, polishing the mirrors, cleaning bath/shower, cleaning the bathroom floor, removing litter.
  •  Cleaning the kitchen - all kitchen cupboards outside and handles, wiping all surfaces and appliances, cleaning the microwave and hob, washing down dishes, empty the dishwasher, removing litter, cleaning the sink, hovering and mopping the floor. (Oven and fridge - only on request).
  •  Dusting all surfaces, furniture, shelves, ornaments, skirting boards, window ledges, door frames, pictures and light-switches. Polishing all mirrors, cobweb removal, change bedding (on request) hovering and mopping all floors.

We will take care of your communal areas like corridors, entrance, and stairs of your building or office. These common parts is the first point of visitors contact with your building and their state of cleanliness is always our priority. Our professional cleaners will make sure that your communal areas gets the attention it requires to create a good first impression.

OUR COMMUNAL AREA CLEANING INCLUDES:

 

  • Vacuuming and mopping the floors
  • Removal of loose dirt and dust from walls, mouldings, cornices, high ledges and light-fittings
  • Dusting and wiping clean of all ledges, hand rails, balustrade, skirting and door-frames
  • Polishing of handles, handrails and finger-plates
  • Removal of finger marks from doors, walls and windows]
  • Adjustment of time clocks operating lighting (if required)
  • Bin area(s)
    • Collection of loose refuse from the bin area(s) and placing into the bins
    • Washing down the bin area(s) with disinfectant
  •  Optional extras:
    • Replacement of bulbs to lights serving internal and external common areas as necessary
    • Litter pick of the grounds
    • Rubbish removal (as required)

 Cost is estimated per month based on the above information. The actual price will depend on the needs of your building, we may have to do extra hours at the beginning of a new arrangement in order to bring your property back up to an acceptable standard. This will be arranged in advance and will be written into our agreement.

  • Wipe down all surfaces
  • Do any washing up
  • Clean fridge and/or dishwasher

  • Clean any marks off walls
  • Empty bin
