What is included?
When we take over the cleanings, we will book and arrange the cleanings and schedule the bed linen deliveries and report for any changes to the property and your job is to grow your business and relax!
End of Tenancy/Pre-Tenancy Cleaning
The cost of cleaning can vary from property to property so we can charge by the hour for all clean. We will happily arrange quotes before cleaning is undertaken. We can also give you a fixed price based on the estimate hours according to the size of your property. We are specialised in end of tenancy cleaning and we know what is expected from us and how to make your property spotless.
We need 24-hour notice for booking end of tenancy cleaning. We bring all the materials and equipment. Professional window cleaning, carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning are not included in the end of tenancy cleaning and if this is something you would like to be done you have to book those separately. We can arrange these services for you.
Please note that on an end of tenancy cleaning we throw away all personal belongings, clothes, hangers, bed sheets, duvet covers, pillows and foods that were possession of the previous tenants if they were left in the property unless you tell us not to do so!
We have full liability insurance (can be send on request).

KITCHEN:
- Clean inside/outside and the top of all kitchen cupboards.
- Clean inside/outside the fridge and freezer. The freezer has to be defrosted by you before the cleaning or we will clean it as much as possible but not defrost it. Additional charge will be added to your bill if you required defrosting of the freezer.
- Cleaning inside/outside the oven and microwave.
- Cleaning inside/outside the dishwasher.
- Wipe/wash window, window ledges, doors and door frames, skirting boards and radiators. Removing cobwebs, clean all light switches and lights.
- Removing marks from the walls where it is possible.
- Clean hob/grill.
- Wipe all kitchen counter tops and appliances.
- Descale and clean sink.
- Hover/sweep and wash floors.
BEDROOMS:
- Clean and polishing mirrors.
- Removing cobwebs.
- Dusting and polishing all furniture inside and outside and behind where is possible, all pictures and ornaments.
- Washing/wiping all skirting boards, doors, window, window sills, lights, switches, radiators.
- Remove litter.
- Vacuum the floors and mopping if needed.
BATHROOMS:
- Scrub and disinfect toilet.
- Clean and descale bath/shower, shower doors and tiles.
- Clean and descale bathroom sinks.
- Polishing all mirrors.
- Wipe/wash windows, window ledges, skirting boards, doors and door frames, lights switches, lights and removing marks from walls where it is possible.
- Wipe all counters and cleaning inside and outside bathroom cupboards.
- Scrub and disinfect bathroom floors.
LIVING ROOMS AND HALLWAYS:
- Removing cobwebs.
- Clean, dusting, polishing all furniture and surfaces from inside and outside.
- Washing/wiping all skirting boards, windows, doors, window sills, lights, switches, radiators.
- Remove litter.
- Vacuum the floors and mopping if needed.
*There is additional charge for cleaning blinds, balconies and for washing walls and removing marks from the walls. We do not clean the windows from outside!
Please note that there is a requirement for minimum of 4 hours for end of tenancy booking. We will provide all the cleaning materials and equipment.
Domestic Cleaning
Additional Information
We provide professional domestic cleaning and ironing in your home on a daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. We can do that on a day or time that suits your needs. Our stuff is specially trained to do all aspects of the domestic cleaning. We have full liability insurance and we charge VAT! You provide the materials and equipment. On your request we can provide the materials and add the cost to your bill.
Please note this is a bespoke service that will be moulded to your needs. Indicative prices a sample service is listed below.
EXAMPLE SERVICES:
- Cleaning the bathroom, removing lime scale, cleaning and sanitising the toilet, cleaning the sink, polishing the mirrors, cleaning bath/shower, cleaning the bathroom floor, removing litter.
- Cleaning the kitchen - all kitchen cupboards outside and handles, wiping all surfaces and appliances, cleaning the microwave and hob, washing down dishes, empty the dishwasher, removing litter, cleaning the sink, hovering and mopping the floor. (Oven and fridge - only on request).
- Dusting all surfaces, furniture, shelves, ornaments, skirting boards, window ledges, door frames, pictures and light-switches. Polishing all mirrors, cobweb removal, change bedding (on request) hovering and mopping all floors.

These common parts is the first point of visitors contact with your building and their state of cleanliness is always our priority. OUR COMMUNAL AREA CLEANING INCLUDES:
- Vacuuming and mopping the floors
- Removal of loose dirt and dust from walls, mouldings, cornices, high ledges and light-fittings
- Dusting and wiping clean of all ledges, hand rails, balustrade, skirting and door-frames
- Polishing of handles, handrails and finger-plates
- Removal of finger marks from doors, walls and windows]
- Adjustment of time clocks operating lighting (if required)
- Bin area(s)
- Collection of loose refuse from the bin area(s) and placing into the bins
- Washing down the bin area(s) with disinfectant
- Optional extras:
- Replacement of bulbs to lights serving internal and external common areas as necessary
- Litter pick of the grounds
- Rubbish removal (as required)
Cost is estimated per month based on the above information. The actual price will depend on the needs of your building, we may have to do extra hours at the beginning of a new arrangement in order to bring your property back up to an acceptable standard. This will be arranged in advance and will be written into our agreement.
